About
Lucas
Frontend Team Lead — currently building products people love. Based in Hanoi.
What I do
I lead frontend teams — setting technical direction, running design system initiatives, hiring and growing engineers, and staying close enough to the product to know when something feels off at 100ms.
The work I find most interesting lives at the intersection of motion, systems thinking, and craft at scale: the things that make a product feel like it was made by someone who cared.

Outside the IDE
I shoot medium-format film and edit in Lightroom — you can see those photo essays here. I collect vinyl (currently ~N records) and spend too much time reading about pressings on Discogs. When I travel I try to get somewhere that has neither a Starbucks nor reliable internet.
Get in touch
I'm open to interesting conversations — whether that's a role, a collaboration, or just a question about design systems or vinyl.
